A series of ten themes shall be examined during the three-day seminar to address technical, social and legal concerns that need to be mastered by magistrates and law enforcement officers in a bid to effectively discharge their duties.
Some of the themes include:
- The art of collecting digital evidence;
- Sanctions against cybercrime;
- The challenge of identifying ICT users ;
- Digital signature ;
- The role of ANTIC’s judicial agents ;
- Electronic signature and;
- The legal status of digital evidence.
